The Profits "Propaganda Machine" 7"

"Propaganda Machine," was recorded in April 2002, a time when Bush had declared "you are either with us or against us" and the "War on Terrorism" was in full swing.
As soon as the record was mastered, it was sent express mail to United Record Pressing in Nashville. By the first of June we were all packed for our first US tour, and took "Propaganda Machine" with us from Boston to the west coast and back. Great times!
Songs on the 7" include "Propaganda Machine," "Fight War," "Germs," and "Spoiled."
The cover photo is the channel 5 television broadcast tower located in Newton, MA, right outside of Boston. The tower is surrounded by barb wire and a high fence-as accessible to the public as the mainstream media it serves.
